By installing, accessing, or using PapCam, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use PapCam.
What PapCam does
PapCam helps users record browser tabs, windows, screens, audio, clicks, and related interactions, then review or export polished recordings for demos, reports, tutorials, and communication.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you record, export, upload, or share.
- You must have the rights and permissions needed to capture any screen, website, app, audio, meeting, or personal information included in a recording.
- You must follow applicable laws, workplace policies, platform rules, and privacy obligations.
- You must not use PapCam to record people, confidential information, or restricted content without permission.
Acceptable use
You may not use PapCam to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, distribute malware, bypass security controls, misrepresent recordings, or capture information you are not authorized to access.
Accounts, storage, and exports
If PapCam offers accounts, cloud storage, or share links, you are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for managing access to shared recordings. Locally exported files are your responsibility after export.
Product changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of PapCam as the product develops. We may also update features, permissions, limits, or availability.
Intellectual property
PapCam, including its software, branding, interface, and product design, is owned by PapCam or its licensors. You keep ownership of content you lawfully create or record, subject to the rights needed for PapCam to provide the service.
Third-party services
PapCam may interact with browsers, websites, operating systems, storage providers, analytics tools, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, policies, or availability.
Disclaimer
PapCam is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PapCam will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, recording loss, business interruption, or unauthorized use of recordings.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to PapCam if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, or misuse the product. You may stop using PapCam at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as PapCam changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
